I stayed at this hotel and found it to be ideally located just a block off Times Square, making it super convenient for accessing Broadway theaters and many dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the rooms, unfortunately, felt quite dated and were a bit uncomfortable due to the temperature issues. Overall, it was a decent experience, but some upgrades are really needed to make it more pleasant.

The hotel has an excellent location, just a few blocks from Broadway and close to many restaurants, which made exploring the city a breeze. However, the rooms are in serious need of renovation and the heating wasn't working properly, which was disappointing for the price. The staff here were friendly and attentive, but the overall value for money could definitely improve.
